About me
Welcome. I am a PhD candidate in Macro Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In January 2027, I will join Frankfurt School of Finance & Management as an Assistant Professor of Strategy.
My research sits at the intersection of organization theory, strategy, and cultural sociology. I study how culture and social structure shape attention, evaluation, and strategic outcomes in markets and organizations. My work spans three related streams:
- How actors build connections across cultural boundaries
- How organizational practices and social networks shape access to opportunity
- How culture shapes entrepreneurship and creative work
Methodologically, I combine large-scale panel data and causal inference with computational text analysis, network analysis, and agent-based modeling. You can read more about my research here.
